Dr. Rao Aamir Ali Khan has done PhD in Project Management from chair of project management University of Kassel. He earned his European Master in Project Management degree from University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Dortmund. He is also Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) finalist and holds MBA in Finance. Presently, Dr. Rao is serving at COMSATS University, Islamabad, Pakistan, as Incharge of MS Project Management Program.
Dr. Beverly Pasian is an avid educator, researcher, author and association leader committed
to the development of project management as a tool to address critical public priorities. Her
research collaborations have spanned the globe to examine project management from various
industry, sector and topical perspectives (including project management maturity, e-Learning, construction consulting services, and ‘human factors’ such as trust, motivation and creativity).Multiple books are amongst her publication credits including Designs, Methods & Practices for Research of Project Management (Gower Publishing) and ‘Plan to Learn: Case studies in eLearning project management (CeLEA). Her current publishing priority is as Editor-in-Chief for the journal, Project Management Research & Practice.
Dr. Jan Christoph Albrecht earned his master's degree in Industrial Engineering at South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences, University of Siegen and at Universitat Politècnica de València. Between 2009 and 2015, Dr. Albrecht was a research assistant at the Chair of Project Management (Prof. Spang) at University of Kassel, where he was researching on project management maturity. He was a visiting researcher at the Chair of Complex Project Management (Prof. Brookes) at the University of Leeds in 2014 and obtained a doctoral degree in project management. Nowadays he is a project manager in product development working with a tier-1 supplier to the automotive industry.
Gilbert Silvius (1963) is professor of project and programme management at LOI University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, senior research associate at the University of
Johannesburg in South Africa and fellow at Turku University of Applied Sciences in Finland.
He initiated and developed the first MSc in Project Management program in the Netherlands
and is considered a leading expert in the field of project management. Gilbert has published
over a 100 academic papers and several books. His areas of specialization are: Sustainability
in project management, Standards and methodologies of project management, Project
management maturity, Social media in (virtual) project teams and Project business case management.
Gilbert holds a PhD degree in information sciences from Utrecht University and masters’ degrees in economics and business administration. As a practitioner, Gilbert has over 20 years’ experience in organizational change and IT projects and is a member of the international enable2change network of
project management experts.
